We stayed in an ADA room, the thermostat on the wall had a note to use the thermostat on the wall unit. The problem was that the wall unit was not easily accessible because there was a cabinet in front of the wall unit. The cabinet had the refrigerator and microwave in with a little side area for the coffee pot. I tried to bend over to adjust the thermostat and hit my head on the cabinet, I finally had to get on my hands and knees to adjust the thermostat. We had to do that every time we needed d to adjust the thermostat. Again, this was an ADA room, no soap on the bathroom lavatory had to go into the walk in shower to get soap (had to use shampoo because the soap dispenser was empty) every time the toilet was used.

The stay was great except the room was too cold for me. When I got there, wall thermostat was set on 85 but the room temperature was 66. Thankfully, the blankets were warm and the bed was comfortable.
