Very poor Embassy Experience
The front desk staff was very nice, but the hotel itself was not well maintained. They had to relocate us from the original room to another bc our room was dirty. The new room was cleaner but very unkept, dingy, and stained. Towels had hair and were dirty and I had to place a second complaint with hotel staff regarding that issue. We had to keep reminding them to send housekeeping for daily upkeep. They finally sent someone on Sunday evening and we had been there since Friday. Very poor experience.

Was not notified that construction was ongoing when booking. Room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned recently before checking in. Room had someone’s used soap left in shower. Food was ok but not up to the standard of other embassy’s. Bacon tased old/weird, and omelet was covered in the fake butter substance they use for cooking that wasn’t pleasant tasting, hot food was not kept to a warm temp in the chaffing dishes. Food just seemed old or lowest quality. Not indicative of Embassy’s were used to. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, pet friendly as advertised, omelet chef was super great with people and friendly. Because the staff was trying so hard and being so wonderful, we did not voice any concerns. This Embassy is struggling to maintain Hiltons standards you would expect on all other levels other than welcoming/friendly staff which exceeded our expectations.

Good stay but this property is remodeling and super dusty which reaches the rooms that are not on the remodel floors. It’s not awful but if you’re sensitive, could be better to wait a bit. Staff is awesome and we’d stay again (when they’re done)

Really old and bad smell
The hotel room had a very awful smell, like if someone had smoke there and they tried to cover the smell with scents. Everything was really old inside and outside the room. Hopefully the renovation will make it better.

Room was quite dated and bathroom was filthy, there was obvious construction in the lobby. Breakfast is usually a highlight of Embassy Suites but this one failed miserably, also no pancakes for breakfast, which is what most kids eat, especially on a Sunday morning.

The hotel is a class act. Beautiful and clean. However, the kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs until way past midnight, made this classy establishment equal to a hotel 6. Very disappointing

The room I was assigned smelled bad, the second room was the same. The third was a bit better. I recommend the hotel to take off the carpets, specially because it is a pet friendly hotel. It is conveniently located near the outlets. The space in the rooms is excelent for a family of four.
