A farmhouse-type home with some modern flair - that's what you'll get when you stay at Juniper Woods Farmhouse. This 3,100 square foot home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.

The spacious living room provides ample seating with gorgeous views and direct access to the covered patio with seating for gathering or dining as well as a fireplace that provides great ambiance. Juniper is all about gathering as the living area includes a large dining table. The kitchen features plenty of space for multiple chefs, cooking and dining essentials, and a large island with plenty of seating.

Bedroom number one is the master suite which features a king-size bed, an HDTV, access to the patio, and an attached bath that includes dual sinks and a large tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom houses a queen-size bed. The second bathroom also includes dual sinks and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The third bedroom is complete with two twin beds and gorgeous natural lighting. The fourth bedroom is very unique featuring six twin bunks and a wall-mounted HDTV. This is also where you'll find the third full bathroom. Up the spiral steps (located in the kitchen area) is where you'll find a bonus living area with a TV and beautiful views. The home also includes a full washer and dryer available for guest use.

Back outside, you'll love the covered patio with outdoor dining and built-in fireplace, the newly constructed campfire pit, and charcoal grill for the barbecue crowd.

It'll be hard to leave but when you do, be sure to check out the local hotspots including Gruene Hall and Historic District, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, The Comal River and tube chute, Whitewater Amphitheater, Guadalupe River rentals and outfitters, Canyon Lake, and more!

My Groups agreed this location was such an exceptional experience for us that we’ve already planned for a return. Juniper Woods, Location, Scenic Viewpoints, Natural Lighting & Peace/Comfort. The Spiral Stairs that lead to the top room was a sell out for us, we found ourselves appreciating the full 180° view over the trees! Kitchen essentials, we’d have a full 1,000 word essay of listed products that come with the home; for future visitors, this home has just about everything! no joke. Gruene, We spent most of our outside time in Gruene, which happened to have been a huge convenience (As Listed). We’d recommend Gruene River Grill & Gristmill if you and your group are interested in dining out. Living Space, Very open and accommodating with a large comfortable couch, a large table, comfortable bedding, and a fire pit for s’mores! Overall this stay was a great experience, thank you and cheers, future visitors!

Great Weekend in a great home!
The home is clean, modern and completely stocked with almost everything you could need. It was exactly as pictured. The outside was an amazing opportunity to sit on the porch with a warm beverage or light a fire in the pit or fireplace. The huge windows and glass doors also give great views when you're inside. We loved our stay!

Awesome Getaway!
My family really enjoyed our time at the Juniper Woods Farmhouse. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything was in great working order and we really enjoyed staying in the Texas hill country. We were close enough to drive and enjoy all of the area's amenities but we could then escape the busy hussle and bussle and relax in the country. The sunsets were beautiful and what I enjoyed most was how quiet it was, absolutely no road noise. Thanks so much for a great stay, we hope to return one day!

Easy to find. Near a huge HEB. Saw a deer in the backyard woods one morning. Enjoyed the fire pit. The bunk room was awesome. The upstairs was perfect for star gazing. All the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was an outdoor BBQ pit. Hidden nicely in the woods with no signs of nearby neighbors. What more could you want!

This house is great and has plenty of room. The kitchen has all the gadgets and pans you need to cook meals. A/C was amazing before and after we floated the river. If we were to change anything about this house it would be the mattresses in all rooms except for the bunk beds. All of them were uncomfortable because they have ruts down the middle. Also. There needs to be more padded seating in the living room if you are advertising room for large groups.

Perfect getaway experience! The house was just as described and clean. There were snacks and water provided when we arrived and the owners were very responsive. The outdoor firepit was perfect for family time and making snores. The surrounding area was peaceful and it was fun to watch the deer as they frequently walked through the back yard. The location was close to downtown yet not to far from the lake and river entrances. Overall great experience!
