The hotel is clean and well-kept. The rooms are perfectly designed. The staff are all very nice. They don't skimp on supplies, services, or breakfast, which is often done at other hotels.

the people who work at this hampton inn are so so very kind and courteous to their customers. Their shuttle service is the best ever. we have stayed there twice and will stay there from now on when attending shows or the casino when in that area. one hour from my home, so easy to find too

A very typical Hampton Inn from what I saw. Basic room, basic paper plate and plastic cutlery breakfast (poor potatoes, cheap food, not the best cut fruit). Great coffee. Tried to charge me at check-in again, I had pre-paid. Internet/HHonors issues. Old video system.

We enjoyed the studio king for a weekend Festival of Lights experience The staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and sauna was quite relaxing. Everyone was wonderful except the bed was very firm. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with many amenities including an amazing breakfast

Clean and quiet
Came to see the Christmas lights, and we are so happy we did. Hassan was super nice at check in and gave recommendations for places to eat. Hot apple cider in the lobby was a welcome surprise and very nice. Very close to Oblegay for seeing the lights and right off the freeway for ease of access. Hotel was nice and quiet.
