Only issue was the elevators. One wasn’t working and the other would just stop at floor five for a bit before starting again. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.

Booked 2 nights and only stayed one. Very bad part of town. Walmart directly across the street. I was stuck in the elevator twice. The shower curtain would not stay closed because the arched bar holding it was broke and dangling, not to mention the curly hairs left in the tub.

Most of the staff were nice. However, the building isn’t maintained. Don’t get me wrong it looked clean but as you look around you notice issues. Unpainted trim, leaky shower, tile the is falling down, a cart with a broken wheel(staff knows it needs a wheel and makes excuses) and stained shower curtain. I would not stay here again for the price.

Well the place was quite noisy. And ice machine not working, one of the elevators it working. Smokers near front entrance made the entrance way smell. Tried to charge my stay on my cards when I had paid through hotels.com

Don’t stay here if you are planning to go to Yale campus. It’s not in New Haven. It’s in West Haven. 20 minutes away. We had a number of issues including hairdryer didn’t work, broken draperies in the living room, we had to call up for sheets and blankets for the pullout couch. The hotel elevators were hardly working. One was broken. One was incredibly slow. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and we missed the first day.

It was a nice stay aside that the hotel only had one elevator working and it was really slow. The pool was also "under construction" during our stay. Hotel does look old and need alot of fixing and renewing to do. It seems like the hotel also shares the space with elders, sort of like a senior center or homecare facility. We saw a staff delivering food to each floor to seniors.
