The air conditioning system was old and very loud. We could hear traffic noises and loud music throughout each night of our stay. Parking was an unexpected extra $12per night for an unsecured lot next door. Don’t recommend staying at this Marriott unless you absolutely have to.

The only thing I didn’t like was that when you arrive early and you gave to wait the restaurant is closed until 4 same time you have to wait for your check in. My suggestion we’ll be that they should open the restaurant like that people can drink coffee, or eat ect during the waiting time .I was dying for a coffee when I was waiting for 45minute for my check in

Fine place to stay in Downtown Waterbury. Comfortable bed. Food available including attached restaurant and a Bistro/Bar. Service in that Bistro/Bar was very fair. Morning staff seemed fine. We would stay here again.

Elevator was not working due to complications from hurricane so they comped my parking and gave us a room on the second floor so we wouldn’t have to climb too many stairs. Easy check in and check out process, friendly staff.

This property advertises an indoor pool and a pool does not exist!!! My sole purpose for renting their was to enjoy the pool with my kids. Would not recommend this place!!!!!
