A quiet place people are wonderful,I really like the room and the swimming pool when I fist came my name was on the screen with a great welcome I was surprise and I really like it and enjoy the moment.

Some of your staff was not kind or courteous, you had wet floors in your lobby area I almost fell you had no signs stating the floor was wet you were over priced hotel with no accommodations. No continental breakfast. Very very poor parking no parking space

Stay away this hotels please. The walls are so thin. The other side the wall of your bed is your neighbor’s TV. The neighbor room has a sleep therapy white noise machine on during night. I can hear clearly the guy snoring and the machine on whole night. I have never stayed a place like this. Trust me STAY AWAY this place if you want to have a normal sleep.

checked in my 2 separate rooms 1 for me and one for my grandson at 3:12 PM and left at 3:19 AM. Both rooms were filthy and mold around the shower. The room smelled of pot and booze. At 10:00 the fire alarm went off and continued for an hour. no person ever came around to investigate if there was an fire. The hall alarm stopped but my room alarm continued for anther 2 hours. At 2:30 it all started again. So I finally had enough packed up and left. I was feeling unsafe as the fire alarm continued and no response from the facility. I asked for a refund and was refused. Ruined my whole trip.

It’s your people stupid. That’s the reason I keep coming back. You not only missed that on your list of categories, but you have no idea even as to their very names. That tells me you are a poorly managed company when you don’t know how to value your balance sheet - you missed your biggest asset !!! I’m a billionaire investor. Should I short your stock and start a letter writing campaign that Hilton mistreats its employees. Or perhaps I put your stock if you quickly come to your senses. When Mr. Hilton reads this comment I expect a reply: short or put - what will it be ? And forget about trying to track who this is - you’ll never see me coming. Short or put, chop chop.

Awful night! They claim to have quite hours at 10:00pm but let kids have party's in hallway at 3am drunk blasting music and banging on peoples doors and the staff did nothing about it, next time I'm looking for a hotel I'll be skipping this place

Unfortunately, in staying at your facility and using the gym, I was surprised when the belt of the treadmill separated. Thankfully, I was not injured but if you are going to have gym equipment at all, you should take care of making sure it is safe for all to utilize.
