On our second day staying there, our code to enter our room wasn't working. I went to the front desk, both ladies were busy so I waited. I let the lady know that about the code. I showed her the message with the room number and code. She said that our stay was only for 1 night. I showed her the Expedia reservation with a paid 2 night stay. She couldn't care less, she was acting like a robot just saying "you need to call expedia and if you want to stay another night you need to pay here again". I told her my glasses and phone charger were in the room. She haven't finishing with me and she started answering other phone calls. She was just awful, she didn't want to hear anything or either take a look at my original reservation. She did NOTHING to solve the problem. After 30/40 minutes she printed a new code valid for 1 hour to enter the room and get my stuff. The new code wasn't working, and when I took a closer look, she put room 60 instead of 16.
I went back to the front desk and told her about the room number. She laughed and gave me a new code. When I asked her why the first code wasn't working anymore, she said the the person that did the check in made a mistake and made it valid only for one night... guess what? SHE was the person that made the check in the day before! And after all this, she didn't even apologize.
