They were definitely in the holiday spirit with all the thanksgiving decor. Check in was easy. The gentleman at the desk was super nice. We only stayed for the night. The location was great right off the highway and Uber/lyfts were a reasonable price to the quarters and the Superdome! The room was so clean I mean CLEAN!!! Outside needs a little cosmetic but overall it was a great stay

The staff was very accommodating with both our stays. IE getting an air mattress when we needed two beds and only one was available and getting us checked in early when we had no other place to go but wait in the lobby.

An OK hotel
It was a 1 night stay, it was ok nothing really bad nothing really great. I am a towel nerd and they had really nice towels soft and fluffy not the best area of New Orleans but never felt threatened so it is an Ok hotel at a good price. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again

Parking is a little bit of an issue. Couldn't believe when I checked in, they handed me a key and wanted a $50 deposit (not a problem just odd these days). This is definitely an older hotel and it certainly looks like they're trying to keep it up. The staff member was overly kind, but I'd been on flights for 9 hours that day, I was cranky I guess and found all his questions annoying. TV was an issue - I didn't care - just needed to sleep after a long day of travel and move on the next morning.
