The dual omelet stations were definitely a plus but it was congested Sunday morning because after you get your omelet at the big griddle station you have to try to merge with the guests in the regular breakfast line and it was just a bit hectic. Should consider a better way for the areas to coexist. Other than that everything was phenomenal. The views from my balcony as well as the close proximity to the port and mall. Not to mention the amazing efforts of the staff. My husband and I will definitely be back!

Had a lot of fun at this location the staff is great, food is good, and the view from my room was gorgeous! Only thing I wish this location had was self serve parking. But like every hotel in New Orleans expect to pay at least $100 for a two day stay, because valet is a requirement most places! All in all though great place to stay!

On arrival we had an awful smell in the room. We had to have the toilet resealed. The smell was terrible. Our "balcony " overlooked the dining area and with no windows to open the need for fresh air was unavailable. Highlight was the staff. Helpful and kind. Marvin was our hero. 😃

Marvin assisted us when we first came in. He was very helpful by holding our luggage for us and getting us checked in early. The food was delicious. There was a little disruption with the guest next door arguing but it dissipated quickly. Noticed the walls are very thin and can hear a conversation very clear. Anyway, overall I will stay again.😀 Thanks Marvin for your hospitality!

The property was fine but every night it was raining inside my room from the bedroom window. I have no idea why. I let the front desk know and all they did was throw towels down. There was a Hugh puddle that I stepped in every morning when I woke up. No offer to put me in another room or anything! A bit disappointed.
