Definitely coming back to this hotel!
This was our first time to New Orleans & this hotel was central with everything. Very happy with our balcony room. The view was beautiful & the bed was super comfy. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends & family. This was our first time visiting New Orleans..We were there because our family was taking a cruise for Christmas and it disembarked from there.. The hotel was very beautiful inside and outside..The staff were all very friendly and welcoming to us..Once we walked outside of the hotel, especially at night, we didn't feel safe..It was just nasty and very scary!!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but our windows faced Boubon street. The had the road all torn up and working on it. So there was no napping during the day. The music was so loud, so there was sleeping at night. The hotel supplied ear plugs but they didn’t work.

The room was very dusty and the door to the balcony was old and not able to closed completely and the cold air entered the room. But, the staffs are friendly and helpful. All the receptionists, they are professional and friendly. The jazz music outside the street was unbearable, all day from 10am until 3 or 4am. Now I learned, next time will not be on this street. Overall, the property is dated, need some more updates.

Love this Bourbon Street Hotel!
Enjoyed my stay. Hotel is beautifully decorated for the holidays! Hotel is also conveniently located on Bourbon Street within walking distance of a lot of places. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed bourbon street , the hotel was great but we had construction in front of us and we never could sleep they started really early and the hotel said they can’t even give us a discount. The staff was real offensive ,truthfully rude and attacking every time I asked a question. They didn’t want to hear anything. The same attitude with most of them. Must be a New Orleans thing , I would have thought Sheraton would have better staff especially if people are picking for the name .

Had an amazing stay here! It felt like home. Very clean and felt very safe. The decorations in the lobby added such a nice touch. Everything about it made my time in nola that much better. Will be back! Lobby bar was a fun place to start with drinks.
