I like everything about the property except the loyalty and parking. Why should you have to pay for parking when you are staying at the property. Parking should be included, where else are you supposed to park. I've been staying there for over 10 years and there needs to be no loyalty anymore

Check-in reminded me of the bag drop line for Jetstar. Not a great look for a hotel charging the prices they do. Bed was very comfortable, but rooms are starting to show their age.

The rooms are Ave and tied. The bed is flimsy and uncomfortable, bathroom tight and cramped. Despite wanting and requesting the room be serviced twice, it never was. Mini bar had an opened drink in it. TV channels constantly dropping out.

We booked multiple rooms including suites for a business trip. We were overcharged and sent some areas wrong rooms in other areas and they did nothing about it. Just said sorry we are full.

Excellent hotel in most respects. Building and room excellent hi up view of ocean. Excellent bathroom. Staff - reception very poor clueless and everywhere else really really good especially concierge services. The TV and remote were worse than useless ie annoying- you needed this to get hotel info ( no printed material anymore) but it could not be accessed so left in the dark about hitel amenities ( used own ipad but that was general info).

Incredible rude concierge, 40 minute line up for check in, reception staff overworked and too tired to be polite, ridiculous room rates, TV didn’t work in room, no food for allergies in such a big establishment. Have stayed here before a number of times and loved it. Won’t stay again.
