The hotel was one of the worst I ever experienced. The staff there is very lazy. The rugs in the hallways are disgustingly dirty. My son-in-law got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. It stopped with a jolt and the lights went out. They came back on and he was stuck between floors. They didn't respond to the alarm he set off in the elevator. My daughter had to run to get help. In my room, I was taking a shower and the shower head flew off and hit me in the face. I have a slightly black-n-blue spot. The maid did not clear the room and when we asked for towels, she said no. When the shower head flew off, no-one answered the phone for service. I called 10 times then had to run down to get someone. the property is falling apart. My son-in-law dropped his debit card and they put it in the safe. They could not get back into the safe until Monday, and we were there for a long weekend. So he could not get to his money until they gave it back. Luckily my husband and I were there if they needed money. The place was noisy and the staff was rude at times. I don't recommend staying there.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very nice .only thing but wasnt a major issue our tub needed to be redone .we was hoping for a rubber mat was available but we emphasized and used bath mat .only issue we saw in our room .the overall experience was wonderful, i would stay there again for the price i paid
