The staff was super helpful and friendly. The area is not a far walk from the french quarter or the trolley's to take you around the city. We got the breakfast package and it was very good and necessary after a night out on Bourbon St. Also near a lot of nice restaurants that serve Creole or Cajun cuisine.

Front desk staff said we had no reservation. Sent us to the hotel down the street . The hotel manager called the first hotel and spoke to the manager there . We did have the correct hotel and they told us to return. The same front desk clerk argued with us when we returned that we were in the wrong hotel. The manager was contacted and we got our room 3 hours later.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy except pillows were too flat and instead of having 2 per person, there was only 1. Snacks in the lobby were RIDICULOUS expensive ($10 for small bag of beef jerky, candy bars $3.75 each). The lobby is really nice though.

I’ve stayed at Hilton garden in the past but i was really pleased with my stay here. The only thing i can complain about was the pool area. Pictures seemed different than what it was. Other than that the staff, area, rooms were up to par. We weren’t far from all the fun stuff like bourbon street. It was literally $10 uber anywhere we went. Loved that their lobby had a self checkout for snacks and drinks super convenient.
