The only complaint I have is when making reservations it did not ask me to reserve valet parking which is all they have at this location. I tried to contact location morning of my check in no answer so I communicated through messages. When I inquired about valet they said that is only option for this property so I figured I was good. When arriving at check in I was told valet was already full and I’d have to do a parking garage around the block.

Well-sized room with 2 queen beds. Bathroom is spacious. Housekeeping services needed to be pushed into action at times. Better to inform every day. During our stay the breakfast area was not open and there is no inhouse restaurant. Some good food options are nearby though. Reception staff are professional but smiles are at premium! Hop on hop off bus stop is in vicinity and so is World War 2 museum.

We only had a couple of issues as follows: 1. When they took our car to valet, I had accidentally left a cup sitting near the gear shift and they didn't move it so that it wouldn't fall. So therefore, it fell and spilt all in my floor. 2. We got there after 3 and our room was not ready. But my husband questioned them and they moved us to a different room.
