Rude staff, was told that they didnt have the room that we booked when we arrived. Given a different room. Terrible water pressure in shower. Had to use a hair clip to get the drain open and draining, refrigerator was not cold. Was told that it really isn't a refrigerator but a "cooler" and that it was working fine.

Clean room, nice staff. Outside the French quarter to avoid noise and frenzy but close enough to walk and with a convenient trolley to the French quarter. We had dinner one night and the bartender/server was very friendly and the food (Cajun style) was good. Kids loved the chocolate beignets. Would stay again.

Parking was $50 per day and valet was full so we had to self park @ $50/day. Linens were stained, safe did not work, one tiny bar of soap provided for washing hands for 1 adults. Front desk staff were kind and courteous as was valet guy. Restaurant closed early NYE night and NYE day. Shower handheld was missing pieces that would allow it to stay out. The place wasn’t well maintained. After the stained linen I was concerned about what else might be unclean.
