This was amazing. The only little problem I have was the bathtub in room.551 needs JCPenney re-stain they had Rust , but otherwise everything was excellent. Would be back

Stay as good. Valet parking staff was awesome. Only problem was computers were down and cldnt check til 4 hrs past the original time. No discount was offered for the inconvenience.
The room carpet was very dirty it should be shampooed at least every six months. Also the next room and front room people were very noisy, yelling and screaming you could hear all the noise, unable to rest.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very engaging and helpful. The property should consider redesigning the front desk area for staff to make them more comfortable as well.
The rooms need some TLC. For example the doors on the cabinets were loose on their hinges. One of the light bulbs was out on the bedside light. The HVAC needs to be addressed . It was chilly in the city so we turned on the heat in our room and it never got warm.
We requested maintenance two times for this issue and no one ever showed up. Some basic upkeep will help keep the property looking good. If the quality of the room furniture and finishes matched the lobby, it could really be a a comfortable place.
The restaurant could use some improvement as well. We only had breakfast in the restaurant and it was not free...or awesome. The buffet was not hot. Choices were minimal. I've honestly had better options at cheaper hotels with free breakfast. This is an area where they could really shine if there were more thought put into their offerings.
Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and engaging. But there needs to be a reassessment and overhaul of the properties rooms and amenities.
We enjoyed the hotel, wonderful room except it was located behind the elevators. For example: you get off the elevator, take a right then right again and the room is the first room on the right located behind the elevator. You can hear when the elevators are in use/going up and down. I’d never experience that in all my 50 years I’ve traveled and stayed in hotels. The room was clean and nice.
