Good location and polite staff...
I actually booked the wrong hotel by mistake so i was skeptical when checking in but I was surprised. The ladies immediately greeted me and accommodated me checking in rather early. The room was very spacious and the hotel is clean. The only downside I would say is the parking garage is very tight and if you're in a SUV or truck, it may be right at the height restriction. The only issue i had was on check out day, the housekeepers started knocking on our door @ 8am; i got up and said yes we were checking out and returned to sleep. @ 934a another one came and knocked and asked the same thing!! And then again @ 1018a, the third one came. Hello... check out is 11a, so don't bother guest unit they've went beyond that time please. It's ridiculous and uncalled for.

Checking in was a mess. When checking in they said my reservation was not there. The hotel said Expedia didn’t push my reservation through. I had to pay an extra $160, because my reservation wasn’t found. The hotel had to call Expedia and speak with them to get the remaining money. But, the hotel let me check in after 2 hours..

Great Downtown Option
First, I was greeted at the front desk by Dabriella. She was amazing. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and basically everything any company wants as their customers first impression. Every employee from maintenance to the restaurant was great but she was exceptional. The rooms were clean. The hotel was surprisingly clean considering they were doing construction. There wasn’t a lot of dust or workers blocking areas. The elevators at times were slow but all 4 worked. The food in the restaurant was good so it was an excellent option for when we didn’t feel like walking anywhere. The hotel is located close to a lot of stuff. We were there to go to the Saenger which was about a 7 minute walk. It took about 15 minutes for us to stroll to Bourbon Street. Also we walked at all times of the day and night. There is a police station close but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Had an early flight into New Orleans and call the front desk to see about a possible early check in. When I got to the hotel, they immediately accommodated my request. Awesome hotel and will definitely be staying there next time
