Staff always seemed to be people whos first language was NOT English. Consequently, I found myself asking the same questions in different ways just to get a basic answer...as if they didn't understand that the snarky, dismissive answers they THOUGHT they were providing with a sarcastic smile, wasn't addressing my concern! I also found it ridiculous that you can't take one elevator from the ground floor, to the 17th floor (where I was), but you have to get off on the 11th floor, then walk around the corner to the other elevators to make it up there. Oh, and if you want ice in your room, theres only one machine...on the 14th floor. Minor inconveniences, but this isn't the motel 6! So, If you're going to charge customers the price, it should be a lot more accommodating.
Other than that, breakfast was wonderful and everything else was nice and clean
