We stayed here Friday and Saturday night and overall had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it worked perfectly for what we needed. The staff was courteous and helpful for the most part.
The only issue we had was the first night when around 3:30 a.m. someone apparently decided to play a spirited game of door slamming up and down the hallway for about 30 minutes. I called the front desk, and to their credit the noise stopped shortly after, so it seems like they handled it quickly.
The other hiccup was parking. The garage is right next door and connected to the hotel, which was very convenient, but it is not owned by the hotel. Unfortunately we were not told at check in that the parking ticket had to be validated before midnight the first night. We found out after the fact that the ticket needed to be validated prior to midnight, which turned our stay into a surprise one hundred dollar parking experience. A quick heads up at check in would have saved a lot of confusion and a few dollars.
Other than that the stay was pleasant. The staff was kind, the rooms were comfortable, and it served its purpose well. We would stay again, just with quieter neighbors and a validated parking ticket next time.
