My mom and I stayed at Hyatt House Downtown New Orleans for four nights and had a wonderful experience! Our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, with a convenient kitchenette fully stocked with appliances. Breakfast was delicious—especially the made-to-order omelette station—and housekeeping was great. Highly recommend for a comfortable, easy stay! The location was also within walking distance of the French Quarter which was very convenient!

Outrageous amount of different fees and taxes. Very confusing and lengthy check in process and the WORST part is the fact that you have to pay $47 a day for parking. The hotel should accommodate free parking cause where else is someone someone supposed to park when staying in a hotel?

The view from the 16th floor was beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was so nice! A little noisy at night being that it’s near a main street but perfect location. I would say 25 mins walk to bourbon street!
