This was my second stay at this hotel and I love it. I don’t wanna go anywhere else when I visit New Orleans. Everything was nice and clean. The view was beautiful, the beds was comfortable, the ladies at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I love the breakfast too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I can’t wait to come back.

Room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, hotel is beautiful and airy with great views of the city from both the breakfast area and hotel rooms. Heloisa at the front desk is the BEST!! She made our stay that much better.

Hotel was very clean, big rooms, staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Good location to walk places, without being right in the middle of French quarter. Convenient to bus to/from MSY. Only thing to be aware of is lobby is on 11th floor, so you need to take elevator from ground level to lobby at 11, then another elevator to your room which got busy at prime times.

I loved the room and view. It was very clean and well-kept. Service from everyone from front desk to the housekeeping staff was just amazing. The continental breakfast was very good and had enough seating each day I was there. Overall very satisfied!

Everything was great the room the staff even the breakfast that was included was great. It was kind of weird the way you checkin from an elevator on ground floor to the 11th floor for checkin. Then a different elevator to go to the rooms. Also the advertised happy hour at four didn’t happen the bar never opened
