I left clothes in the closet and tried contacting the hotel but have yet to hear back from anyone. Breakfast was on par with a SureStay. Bathroom had closet doors and no switch for exhaust fan. No ice machine.

Unresponsive and ill prepared
Our group of four stayed here for one night. We traveled to New Orleans for The Eras Tour. We were pleased to find a familiar named hotel within walking distance of the stadium. When we arrived the line to valet our car was very long. They seemed to be ill prepared for the amount of people. Unfortunately this was a recurring theme throughout our stay. However the front desk staff was friendly and the hotel had added fun decorations to the lobby which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable, but we were only provided with a half used roll of toilet paper. When I attempted to call the front desk I found that our phone was not working. When we checked out the next day the attendant attempted to give me keys for the wrong vehicle. Meanwhile we had not requested our vehicle yet. When we did request our vehicle they could not locate our keys nor did they verify our claim ticket before handing our keys over. Finally the receipt we received did not match the amount drafted from my account. In fact I was overcharged by almost $200. When we arrived home we attempted to reach out to the hotel via phone and message but they were not returned. We had a great time at the concert but our trip was soured by our stay. Based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel and in the future I will think twice before booking with this chain.

The incidental fees were absolutely insane ! The single king bed room looks like they just took out the two queens & placed a king to one side. Electrical outlets & things were crooked/looked unsafe, the room just looks unfinished. The bed was comfy though

The hotel was in a good location, but for the room itself, the room wasn’t getting cool like should, my coffee pot wasn’t clean and there was and old used coffee filter laying next to the coffee pot. Other than that, my stay was ok at best

My primary complaint is rooms were very dirty clothes under drawers,2 rooms had a awful dingy smell,we then stayed later in the week at la quinta on magazine st.downtown. complete opposite, updsted ,taken care of,you cannot tell me both hitels are operated by same company or ownet! Gretna is very sketchy area,people from mandeville couldnt believe we went there

Thought it was a bit over priced for a hotel stay. There were bits missing out of the mirror and the bath, the floors were sticky, and the sheets had holes in them. They're was one lady in staff that that pleasant to interact with but otherwise the staff was a bit rude. There wasn't a safe in the room which made me rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice and it's located in a nice part of town.

The staff here was courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The waterfaucet in "my" bathroom was broken and the drain leaked so water went everywhere. It was not fixed during my three day stay. Location is good right off Canal Street and in walking distance to much shopping, many restaurants and bars/pubs, and the French Quarter. The trolley is a couple of blocks and it is easy to get to the cruise ship dock. I'd stay there again.

The property didn't have a shuttle bus to the airport. Also, the snack area was empty. I was counting on getting some supplies from the front desk are. It had false information on the website. The breakfast time should have been extended an hour later for late riser. Overall I love the area and the hotel. Will visit the hotel again.
