Upon entering the unit, I noticed that the piece of furniture where that TV sat was a bit dated and marred, the bathroom needed painting above the interior door and housekeeping never asked if we needed fresh towels!!!

The valet service was horrible. Upon checkout, it took right at an hour to get my vehicle. When I went in to ask for my vehicle (3 times) the workers had an attitude. Not to mention the numerous people complaining about excessive charges made to their accounts.

Great Location - 2 Blocks from Bourbon St.
The room itself was clean. The bathroom toilet kept running. We were able to figure out how to stop it by jiggling the handle. Need to invest in poly-fill pillows for those w/feather allergies like me. Breakfast was pretty good; the waffle batter was AMAZING. The staff was nice, very helpful and very hospitable. The hotel was a great location, 2 blocks from Bourbon St.
