Staff was absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and tried to help. We stayed at another hotel across the street and the customer service was horrendous. It was a breath of fresh air when we arrived at Loews. The bar and restaurant were delicious and relaxing. Great Stay!

For my anniversary, decided to book this hotel just because it has a jacuzzi in the room. Even though the maintenance guy tried to fix it couple of times it did not work. A HUGE disappointment and a waste of money.
