The room was beautiful. We chose the mini-suite so it had a lot of room with a separate seating area. This hotel is located one block from the Jackson square, so everything is within walking distance. They have parking offsite, which is secure. The hotel concierge booked a walking tour for us and saved us $20 by doing so. We had a wonderful stay here.

I didn't like the fact that I got charged about $30 more than online booking through Orbitz to add another night's stay. Should have been cheaper not more as it likely wouldn't have been filled at all. Also parking cost was high $43/day and was not mentioned when booked through Orbitz

So its close enough to everything but far enough away if that makes sense. Quick walk to Bourbon street, right at Jackson Square and the market. Staff is amazing and hotel itself is really cool.

We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday, and every one of the staff memebers we so friendly, helpful and accommodating. This was our fist stay at Place d'Armes and have decided that this will be out GO-TO for our next trip. Our absolute favorite stay in NOLA to date.

The court yards were inviting & beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. Loved the lighted mirror above the sink. The location is the best in the French quarter. Friendly staff. I’d stay there again.

This place is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The room was huge and so quiet I slept like a baby! Every amenity was provided! Including a lovely pool. The staff were so wonderful! The front desk person, Patrice, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! So much fun!

Place d”Arms was the best!!
We loved staying here. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The property was beautiful, super clean, and very quiet at night. Location was amazing! So Close to everything. We will be back and I highly recommend to Anyone traveling to the French Quarter

Very excellent stay. The streets of NOLA are what they are and there’s not much the hotel can do about that but the experience inside was smooth. Felt very safe in my room and that my car was safe as well.

Place d’Armes had an amazing staff who went above and beyond for my wife and I. We arrived to find that our hotel room was on the first floor, and the front desk was able to rebook our room to a second-floor location for a lower rate! We had to leave early due to an unforeseen emergency, and the staff refunded all of our nights even though it was after checkout. Another staff member helped call a taxi to bring us to the airport. The only downside of our stay was that none of the rooms had windows.
