I was highly impressed with the room. it was great to have a kitchenette to make breakfast and lunches while on buisness. nice walking distance to the french quarter.

Valet was horrible. I understand that the hotel uses the valet from the garage, which is a mistake. First they said they lost my keys, then they admitted that they drained my car battery somehow. Brand new car only three months old. Found airpods belonging to someone else in my car. No idea what they did, wouldnt admit to anything. Comped me the valet price but management never even apologized.

Very spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Elevators were a bit slow. We were on the 19th floor and we had to wait a few minutes and during busy times they stopped often on the way down to pick up passengers on the lower floors. No restaurant in hotel but several good ones very close by. I’d stay there again.

Perfect place if you want to be close to the quarter but not stay in the quarter. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to Canal. The hotel is clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Would definitely consider returning for any future trips to NOLA.

We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We were able to check in early and leave our baggage when we had a later flight so we could enjoy the city. It was so clean and modern. We LOVED our stay.
