We stayed here for a dance convention. Our room smelled like an old smoking room and moldy. Hand washing stations in the bathrooms were broken. The ballrooms were hot. The rooms weren’t that clean. We asked for no housekeeping at check in online and they came in our room any ways. Shower handle came off when turning the shower on. Fire alarm went off and never cleared telling us everything was ok and clear.

Very pleasant. Staff were wonderful. We did upgrade when getting there so we can use the club lounge. I would have enjoyed it the lounge more if it was stocked. I asked the staff if I they could restock the drinks she said yes but never got stocked. I waited for 15 minutes then finally just went downstairs and bought a drink from Starbucks. Checked back later still only thing drink was milks and coffee style drinks. The room was clean . All and all wonderful stay.

I can honestly say I've never been so excited to share my experience! My friends who joined me couldn’t stop laughing at how happy I was. I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday, which I had planned for months, and I had no idea it would coincide with the Bayou Classic, which made the celebration even more unforgettable. In all my 20 years of visiting New Orleans, this was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The service was beyond exceptional, and the way the staff handled the crowd with such care and attention was impressive. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, I felt like I was treated like family. The staff was so knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail in creating such a fun and vibrant atmosphere, along with the spotless cleanliness of our room, made me feel right at home. This place is absolutely beautiful, and I can’t wait to return. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and their experience. I’ll forever book with you guys—your service is unmatched.
