Loved this hotel! Staff was so kind. Bartenders were the best. Did not love the noisiness from the maid staff. Loud every Monday we were there starting at 8am. Public restrooms downstairs could have been cleaner.

The lobby is wonderful. Great atmosphere and a great bar! Our room desperately needed a coat of paint and the shower needs a deep clean. Often showers were lukewarm but it’s and old building. We waited 5 min or so and then it was hot again. Housekeeping came at like 5pm the 2nd day we were there. That was strange. We’d stay here again!

Charles deserves a raise!!
Charles who was on at the front desk is the literal BEST!!!! He was kind and took the time to separate out our bill when we got there at 11:30 pm. The Eliza Jane is beautiful. Our room was amazing and the tub was to die for !

Lovely two night stay as a couple in the perfect location of New Orleans. The room was large, bed extremely comfortable and the shower terrific. The staff was warm and accommodating. Very cool decor and building. Will be back!!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. Nice bathrooms. Love the overall ambiance of the hotel, a nice relaxing place. Location is great, easy walk to the French Quarter, but far enough that you don't hear the noise. Wonderful staff. You won't regret staying here.
