Disappointed with our stay - I would not recommend this place. The negative reviews you see are true and the service issues seem to be increasing. I tried to reach a GM to share the feedback via direct email, Instagram message, and via the front desk staff but never heard back.
Property: amazing location and gorgeous building. The design is so unique. It has so much potential but isn’t well kept. There were massive stains in the hallways and in our room.
Room: nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed but again, it had so much potential but wasn’t executed well. In addition to the carpet stains, the towels also had stains. While the room was beautiful, the lighting is so dim you can barely see anything.
Service: biggest issue here was the horrible service. All staff lack basic hospitality. They don’t make eye contact, never say “please” or “thank you” or “welcome” etc, and they are discourteous. Our room wasn’t cleaned each day unless we called for it. We tend to call for HSKP when we leave our room each morning with hopes that it will be clean by the time we arrive in the afternoon. However, this never worked out for us though it works at any other hotel we have visited. On the second to last day we asked for housekeeping three times before they came and had to sit outside waiting for them to be done. Same thing on our final night too. We called at 10am and by 2pm the room still wasn’t cleaned. The Front Desk Agent took no responsibility.
