The hotel was verr clean and quiet. The location was perfect we were close to everything we needed and wanted to be near. I will stay again and let's just say the AC works.

With the exception of the check in process, the stay was excellent. Checking in was long and tedious. Had to complete about 5 forms manually. Receptionist was not very helpful.

"no, we don't have that" about sums it up.
There was no porter, no housekeeping, no valet service. Yet, the price was full. Which means, to me, that they are unwilling to pay a decent wage but are very willing to blame it on 'they just don't want to work'. For all the money they saved on salaries, why are they still charging full price? Sounds like price gouging to me.

Once arriving to the hotel, I was greeted with customer service that was phenomenal. I was informed with my room was I checked my room out there was an old smell to it and I believe it was because the AC was not on, but everything looked good. Beautiful hotel only thing that was disappointing was there was no provision for smokers, you had to stand on the sidewalk at the front of the hotel, not ideal. I don’t expect to smoke in the venue but at least provide a small area where people can sit quietly and have a smoke.

Room was ok …. Clean but no daily cleaning service….. hotel is bare…. No flowers, no plants, no decorations If you needed clean towels you have to ask at the front desk and get them yourself.

The hotel was nice and in a great spot between the stadium and bourbon st. They accommodated me with rooms next to each other. If I had one negative, it would be that it took over a week to refund my incidental hold on my credit card. But still a good stay.
