Not impressed with the check in personnel not friendly. Shower floor was slippery and tiles hurt your feet we wound up purchasing a bath mat at Walmart. Breakfast was okay, staff didn't refill empty items during our stay.

our first time with this hotel and Margaret Hurayt was a wonderful Hostess. She made sure our accommodations fit our family's needs, was very professional, and caring. This is a great hotel. We have stayed twice at the Walnut Creek Ohio hotel and will definitely stay again. The rooms are large and very clean. And the breakfast is wonderful!!!

This is the second time I have stayed here and I've not been disappointed either time. It's worth every penny. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay and the staff downstairs was so kind and helpful. I loved how close we were to all kinds of shopping.They had a good breakfast.
