Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 310!

Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

Everything you need for a great stay is here. Third floor one bedroom condo featuring 1 king bed, 1 twin in the side bunk room, and a sleeper sofa to sleep 5 total. 2 Smart TV's and DVD/VCR in living and bedroom. This unit over-looks the shuffleboard court with a lovely view of the ocean and pools from the balcony. The coin operated washer and dryer is in the laundry room right around the corner.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

New Smyrna Beach

Hacienda Del Sol 2 is a wonderful property if you are looking to stay right on the no drive part of New Smyrna Beach. The property itself was very well maintained and very clean. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Condo had beautiful views of the ocean and was close to lots of yummy restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Wonderful vacation!
