Located just across the street from the beautiful New Smyrna NO-Drive portion of the beach recommend by Disney as the beach for the ideal family vacation) with pedestrian access and and short walk to the breathtaking seashore ! The condo can also be used to accommodate guests requesting a 2/2 or a 1/1 and rates can be adjusted. Great for a week long family vacation, couples weekend, singles ,retreat, family reunion, weekend/weekday , extended stay or executive lodging. The condo provides full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker along with regular drip coffee., all linens and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also provide 2 beach chairs and
beach cart with attached chair ,basketball, tennis racquets.

This three bedroom and two bath condo is professionally decorated and centrally located within the complex. Enjoy this spacious and clean unit with nearly 1600 square feet of air conditioned comfort with soothing views from your private balcony providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. This unit features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dresser with 2 night stands, large walk in closet and its own television. The large master bath has a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 nightstands and dresser and tv. The third bedroom has twin size beds, dressers and television . The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar includes 2 stools. The living room has a 70' flat screen television. Additional features include movies ,games and some beach toys. Also included in the unit is WiFi , cable and free long distance calling within the US.

This state of the art complex is a gated community providing covered garage parking with an elevator in the garage lobby. The Ocean Walk Complex provides each guest with numerous amenities. The beautiful club house which is just steps from the unit offers basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, exercise room, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi, grilling area, nature trail, large screen television with entertaining area. The other clubhouse also has a heated pool, fire pit ,bocce ball, private theatre room, social area with tables and chairs and wine bar all beautifully decorated. Internet access is also available in both cluhouses. This modern complex is centrally located for easy access to activities such as shopping, restaurants, golfing, boating, and more. NO TRAILERS, RV OR BOATS ALLOWED ON PREMISE. I do have a secured off-site storage I can recommend fo $50.00 a week.
