Not for publication. Quote directly on the beach unquote is extremely misleading. While the entire building is on the beach this ground floor unit is in the North west corner and only craning your neck allows you to see a sliver of the water. Further, although it was an act of god, renters should be informed that this property has no access to the beach whatsoever. You have to get into your car and go to a beach access because this particular property has not been able to rebuild their stairs to the beach. The house house cleaners and maintenance people for this property need to be taken to task. Kitchen pot holders were filthy as was the entire Underside of the range hood. The unit was heavily musty smelling and caused allergy problems, requiring my 1 day early departure. The linens are simply old and dingy. The

The condo was beautiful and clean. Access to the beach was great. Did have some trouble with the door lock that was taken care of. Everything else was in close proximity so we didn’t have to drive all over. Would do it again

Great house keeper!

First of all the first day was not good. Someone prior smoked in our non smoking condo. My girl friend has COPD. So you can just use your imagination how I felt. After talking to the house keeper she tried to get the smell out but was not able too. We went to get some driver to limit the strong smell. We had to open all the doors and windows to air out the place. But I would like to add that the house keeper helped us out the whole time we were there. Despite this problem we loved the condo and would return in the near future for another visit.

Was a really nice place to stay. The bed was so comfortable. Was impressed with the amount of items available to take down to the beach to use. The only thing disappointing was not having access to the beach. Which I understood because of Hurricane Ian a couple weeks before but still disappointing.
