This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall, beach deck and other beautification projects on the property. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is end of 2024.

Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 3 #304 "Leisure Landing"! Enjoy beautiful direct oceanfront views from the private 3rd floor balcony! This renovated 2/2 condo sleeps 6 with a King in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a comfy sleeper sofa in the Living Room. TVs are provided in both bedrooms as well as the Living Room.

We loved our stay! The unit was very very clean. The seawall is still under construction, so you have to go next-door to get down to the beach, but we did not mind.

We had an amazing stay, beautiful views and well stocked kitchen and arrival bag. It looks like they have a least another month to go on the seawall construction. It’s inconvenient for taking things to the beach and crossing through pool area but that inconvenience will be gone once construction is finished. Had a great visit hope to return.

A fantastic ocean front property
We had a, relaxing stay at this ocean front condo, New Smyrna Beach, FL. Very clean, very comfortable. The best part was having our morning tea - coffee on the balcony watching the morning light and seeing the sunrise. Florida Vacay was the management company and their service was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. The property has two large swimming pools which was nice. We were there over the July 4th week. Everything went great, but during the holiday week you are limited to only one parking space with no off-location parking available for a second vehicle, so for a group requiring multiple vehicles, this may not be for you. Maybe it’s different during a non-holiday stay.

Gorgeous condo with ocean views
We enjoyed our beautiful condo and watched the birds and dolphins at sunrise from the balcony. There is construction at the condo complex however it did not impact our stay at all. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the ocean. Highly recommend staying for a great family vacation!

The condo has a wonderful oceanfront view of the ocean. It was very neat and clean and had a nice kitchen which had everything we needed. There is some outdoor maintenance being done, but it really wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay here.

Really nice condo with a great view, we had a great time until our last day. They had 4 men in our condo laying cable in every room for over 4 hours. We had to take all the linen out of the closet and all our clothes out of the bedroom closet. It ruined our last day.
