New Smyrna has some of the best beaches in Florida. From the wonderful balcony, you can enjoy the sound of the crashing waves and the beautiful views. This unit boasts a fully stocked, recently renovated kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and all other necessary items to make your vacation fabulous. New elevators. New and wider stairs for direct access to the beach. You’ll feel right at home!

The master bedroom suite has balcony access with beach view and is equipped with a king sized bed, 32” flat-screen color TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50” flat screen color TV and Blue Ray Player, and two luxurious leather recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, brand-new refrigerator/ice maker, new microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), toaster, and dishwasher. You also have the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with generous closet space and a chest of drawers with a Smart TV (for streaming) and VHS player. There is a second bathroom with a newly remodeled tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi service included!

The building has private gated beach access within 50 feet. Security cameras on all floors, game/recreation room, pool area, and viewing the parking lot. The large pool is heated in the winter months for guest enjoyment. There are 2 gas grills for use by guests. The newly remodeled recreation room on the 1st floor has a pool table and ping pong table. Parking is available in the large lot. There is a great selection of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Turtle Mound is a great visit for nature lovers and a short distance away. New Smyrna Beach has something for everyone and no doubt your stay will be memorable.

A peachy keen experience!

We enjoyed our time in New Symrna Beach. The property was clean and well taken care of. Everything you could possibly need was there for you. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable. There was a nice partial view of the ocean. The building was taken care of very well. The elevators were quick and always ready. The folks in the building were very friendly and kind. We loved the heated pool and table tennis. Their community room was really nice. And lastly the beach was great for taking long walks.Overall we were very pleased and would return.

Quick getaway

We had a great time. This trip was to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and my oldest daughter's high school graduation. We come to New Smyrna every year. This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to gather together and plent of space for when we had had too much time together.

Beachy Keen was my best VRBO rental ever!

I can't say enough about how great our stay at Beachy Keen was. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. Check in was a breeze and all communication with owner was exceptional. The location is great with direct access to the beach, a beautiful pool and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. They were all great! We also enjoyed a deep-sea fishing excursion with the crew of Sea Spirit Fishing and had a blast. Definitely a memorable vacation.

Fabulous condo

Wonderfully stocked condo with many amenities not often provided. No shortage of kitchenware and personalized touches in the bathrooms. Very clean and easy access to two elevators. Beach chairs were so handy. Wasn’t the best weather, but was wonderful stay. We were able to watch a launch from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. Beautiful! No shortage of parking and easy walk to gorgeous park across the road with a dolphin watch pier. Thank you for being so accommodating.

We loved Beachy Keen, it’s perfect. Loved the beach location, and so nice that beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided. For a family, the space is nice with two full bathrooms and the washer and dryer is great.

Another great stay!

Our only complaint is that our visit went way too fast! This unit is wonderfully located, well appointed and totally comfortable. Views from both sides of the unit are beautiful. This was our fifth stay here and we look forward to future visits with enthusiasm.
