The staff seemed religiously dedicated about keeping the hotel clean. The room and bathroom were spotless! They have free hot coffee, decaf, and hot water offered at all times in the lobby, which was great.

the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. the first aid kit doesn’t have anything other than bandaids , the elevator is slow but it’s minor. The amenities are cool but there’s no fridge or microwave in the rooms. the streets outside are almost always trashed. and i never got my security deposit back either.

Horrible area! Very noisy, dirty around the hotel! The receptionist met us with no emotion, no hi no nothing, just “ Your ID” !! The room is not small , it’s extremely small, and the air conditioning system doesn’t work very good.

Very clean Property. Room and all areas. The breakfast buffet was very good even though it did not include anything hot still lots to choose from. Wish there were some better, riper fruit options. Convenient neighborhood located right next to many train stations. Right in the heart of Chinatown if you’re looking for that.
