Another great overnight pre flight stay at holiday inn Heathrow T 4 . Good comfortable, clean room and a great breakfast included in the room rate. Love the convenience of being able to walk to the terminal via the bridge walkway straight from the hotel.

We booked the accessible room it was clean , roomy but they have no refrigerator or closet to hang the coats especially on winter , we stayed only for one night . The restaurant is good for just a night to stay , not so many choices in the menu.

Direct walking access from the airport is the best part of this hotel. Especially with other airport hotel which needs shuttle bus or taxi just to get to the "airport" hotels. Because we can put our large and heavy luggage at hotel right after the flight, we don't need to carry them in the subway/tubes to the central London. Room were very spacious so we can open 2 or 3 large luggage at same time in the room, which hotels in central London are unable to. Just 1 suggestion for the room is that if there are a refrigerator in the room, that would be great. Breakfast buffet was really nice and tasty, however the menu are the same everyday. If the buffet have 1 or 2 different menu(like pasta or something) then that would be great for the long term guest. But overall, it would be a great place to stay even for the tourist for London.

The purpose was to get a nice meal and a good sleep before departing home. The room was adjoining and could hear the neighbors quite easily. The bed was the most uncomfortable ever. Urban Brassier restaurant will serve you a $10 steak for $60. The hallway to our room was very dirty. Room was quite clean.

3rd time staying here. Asked for a quiet room it wasn’t as could hear neighbors making noise. Cleanliness was ok.Breakfast could do with gf options and vegan options. Had dinner in the bar restaurant completely over priced for the quality of food given. Was told the mini market wasn’t open so bought a bottle of water in the bar for my room only to see mini mart WAS open! Clearly overcharging me instead of being honest.Service wasn’t great as my requests for booking wasn’t kept to and no knowledge of me wanting late check out. All in all it’s ok for location but it’s average and not a hotel you would feel pampered in.
