The property profile indicates there is an airport shuttle available but it only brings you to one of the parking garages. From there, you need to use the internal train. Not nearly as convenient as you would expect

The staff were friendly and an easy check-in plus getting a meal at the bar/grill when we arrived just prior to closing. Getting to the location from the airport was difficult but that was mostly on us.

The only issue we had is the carpet is too thick to use the luggage carts. If you have many bags it’s an issue. Other than that the hotel and staff were wonderful.
