Paying for breakfast and paying for parking is inconvenient when other hotels offer both for free. The TV is small and other hotels offer bigger sized Smart TV's with free complimentary breakfast and free parking with much more spacious bathrooms.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, and the staff is amazing! And the upgrades/renovations have made it at least a four stsr. However, the parking exit system is THE WORST out of any hotel that I have ever stayed out. They “upgraded” the entry/exit system over a year ago, which was sorely needed, but the new system is even worse. I have spent a total of hours just trying to get out of the parking lot in the past year despite having paid almost $40/day to stay here. It’s a great place to stay if you’re not parking a car.

The staff tried to help. But it took more than 40 minutes to receive a cart, so I could take my luggage to the tenth floor. After an hour in the room it was not getting warm. Finding out the heat wasn't working. I had to move to another room. Also finding out there is nowhere to park but on the property. Which has a check in and out pass for security. But they charge you for parking every night of your stay. Which was taken immediately off my card without my knowledge. That next morning I see an email from my bank stating over 1 hundred dollars was taken from my account. And it was the hotel. When I called the staff downstairs. They said it was for your stay here parking. The staff was polite, but I would never use this hotel again.

Hotel is further from both airport and Penn Station Newark. Need to take tram to shuttle pick up. Came every 30 min. Very dated room. Coffee maker didn’t work. Had room on first floor in by crews. No room service Didn’t realize beds were only doubles not queens. Next stay was at Marriott. Also double beds and expensive food but their shuttles went directly to terminals and left every 15 min. Good for overnight
