Phone in room did not work, no microwave, minnie frigerated in walkway floor, rude Customer Service upon check in, and friend fell in tub (due to no grip on bottom of tub, while taking shower). The good thing was Manager took control of falling situation, upon my request EMT got called, as I was leaving, and friend was staying (worried about here injuries and wanted to make sure she did not pass out).

Just a quick stop between flights, so we didn’t need much. Hotel isn’t anything to brag about, but it wasn’t terrible. Their shuttle bus needs a desperate update, I would also suggest adding another one during busy time. Waited almost an hour for the airport pick up, and wondered if we’d all fit on it on the way back.

The lobby was nice. Staff was rude. Room had electrical issues and burnt up phone chargers. The breakfast was not edible and I still waiting for reimbursement. Wouldn't stay again.

The process to check in for this particular property was very long. I am not sure why but I recommend looking to see if they can streamline anything as it was probably over an hour for most people to stand in line and get checked in.
