Hotel room, hotel overall and guest service was great. The bar in the lobby was open till 11pm with an assortment of food and drinks. The pool was warm and great to get some laps in for a good workout. Only issue I had was getting the shuttle bus from the airport. Instructions provided ahead of my stay indicated I was to go to P4 to pick up the hotel shuttle, this info was incorrect as of Nov 5, 2025. All hotel shuttles pick up from P3. Other than that misdirection which cost me an extra hour to get to the hotel, everything was good!

Check in was great and the staff seems very nice. The main lobby area is also very nice, however, our actual hotel room is dirty, especially the bathroom with blood stains on the tile grout and “splashes” of blood on the walls. Paint is chipped everywhere, repainted in different colours and very run down looking. Our “patio” sliding door leading to the balcony overlooking the pool barely works and gets jammed up as soon as you try to open it. It is a 2 star hotel with lobby lipstick.
