Good quality older hotel well maintained. Staff was decent and pleasant. The Airport shuttle took and hour plus to arrive at the airportl P4 stop and didnt come until I finally got a hold of the front desk. That was a huge inconvenience. Room is a bit dated, old TV with limited streaming ability was not the best.

Surface level, this hotel seems nice. But upon closer inspection, everything is just in need of updating/modernizing. The lobby was lovely. Good places to sit and enjoy company, including at the bar. The indoor pool was not heated (water temp was 68*). The shower head was tiny and had no pressure (I feel bad for folks with long hair). The room's bathroom was dingy. Although I did not take the airport shuttle, it seemed like there was always one running.

The shuttle took over an hour, the check in staff had no idea how to check people in . Soooo slow and didn’t care. Another hour. WiFi didn’t work. Bed was hard. Mostly it was the staff that didn’t care at all. The poor manager did try to help but they were all too clueless. Shouldn’t have to wait two hours for a room at this rate.
