Had to move rooms because a person was smoking weed and it was irritating our throats and eyes for 3 days. They moved us to a room where the toilet was overflowing. They never came to fix the problem. Do not stay here!

Good food dirty pool
Picture is from day 2 pool is better than day 1 but still not clear water. Pool area is beautiful! Main lobby was nice. Customer check in was not exactly quick and easy. The food and bar hit the spot! Dinner was delicious as was the breakfast. Drinks at the bar get top marks. Rooms did not blow us away but they did the job. So I had requested to pay cash when I made the reservation and I was told no problem! When I get to the hotel I was told I can’t pay cash. I hate cards and only use them when forced. Also the pool was dirty and you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool because of the condition of the water. Sadly only a 3 star stay. Food was great! Gladly eat at this hotel again.

Shuttle service issue
There was over a 45 min wait for the airport shuttle and then it was a small van and didn’t fit everyone waiting. Otherwise wonderful stay.

The pool was beautiful but the room was outdated and the parking a pretty expensive The room ac doesn’t work and it was hot hard to sleep. Breakfast not as good as I expected for the price they charge But front desk staff very kind and helpful Overall they gave me a refund for parking but that’s all after not been able to sleep well 2 nights.
