Front desk clerk was extremely patient as I had to contact my trustee for financial transfers. Also comped my $27 parking, and the bartender comped my cocktails as I opted to not bother the kitchen 15 minutes before closing (as a fmr. Hospitality professor i couldnt do that to the staff

We had dinner at the restaurant they have and service was terrible. It took them like 30 min to take our order, wouldn’t even refill our waters, wouldn’t even let us ask for a to go box before they put all the dirty napkins/plates on top.

The bathroom was disguising and fills with mold. I don’t even want to shower my kids. The bathroom in the lobby was also disgusting, pase all over the floor and even had cobwebs. The pool was freezing and we asked staff if they could warm it up we were ignored. Eventually one staff member said the motor was not working but I’m pretty sure he was lying and just said that so we could leave them alone. There were no pool towels and had to go to the lobby to ask for towels, both days. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed

Horrible service When I went to check in on the Honors line the lady left and we stood up for 15 minutes waiting to be attended, all the employees ignored us and no one even told us anything When i addressed one of the staff members she got very defensive and started to argue with me and the.when I argued back she called security. The manager came out and gave us the same attitude and when I requested her name to place a formal complaint she told me that she was not going to give me her name and walked away I want and I will place a formal complaint and will take this as far as I need Please review the video and you will see what I am saying Horrible experience Moreover she told me that as I did my reservation with Expedia I was not an important customer and that my Hilton Honor members did not count

The nice feature was the Pool. But uwas said that that the pool is heated. It was not. I was on the seventh floor and can't sleep because of monotonus noise all the night. Security explained to me someone was snoring behind the wall. Then you have to make walls and doors not do thin as now. At 4 pm I was moved to the different room, but the monotonous noise continued^ it was not so loud but pretty ennoying. I think it was some equipment! horrible night!

The room was not bad, the bed was really comfortable. My only complaints are that the black out curtain in my room was broken on one side and would let light in when trying to sleep. And then the air conditioning isn't the best, it gets comfortable in the room but not the temperature you set the thermostat at. We had to set it to 60 and were still sweating at night.

Good place for a business meeting

It was a comfortable room, though the temp controls labels were worn and hard to read. I was there for a business meeting. The elevators and some of the open space got really warm; the meeting rooms were cold. The banquet staff were very attentive and personable. It would have been good to know that if you park a car there, you need your room key to exit the lot.

Myself and 3 parties stayed here for a wedding. 3 rooms booked. All of the properties guest stay rooms are out dated. All bathrooms were clearly cheaply renovated and bathtubs disgusting. Vents were filthy. The property itself looks nice, however it’s easily overlooked by the limited choices of decent priced food. Getting a breakfast/lunch for 1 is the price of nearly $30. Ridiculous. Will not be staying here again.

Think twice

From the check in process to checking out was an awful experience. $75 to park, having a $150 hold on my account (which was not listed/included while I was booking), the staff were less than friendly. My boyfriend and I were waiting at the bar/“restaurant” area while waiting for our room to be ready. There was 1 server/bartender for about 30 people, we waited 20 minutes to be greeted. Overall, just not an experience I was expecting for the price I paid.
