The shuttle took over an hour, the check in staff had no idea how to check people in . Soooo slow and didn’t care. Another hour. WiFi didn’t work. Bed was hard. Mostly it was the staff that didn’t care at all. The poor manager did try to help but they were all too clueless. Shouldn’t have to wait two hours for a room at this rate.

Had a big party and had to find another parking after coming back at 11 P.M. Pool water was ice cold, which is why I picked this hotel. Walking back at night and one van driver was speeding in the parking lot. I told all of this to hotel.

The room was clean but old, the main area of the hotel was nice though. The shuttle driver Hanee was great and so enthusiastic. Very helpful. The hotel kept our car for the week and it was safe.

Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at the DoubleTree Hotel. I paid for breakfast in advance, but when I arrived, it was not included. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. I also paid extra for a Skyline view, but the window glass was so dirty that I could barely see the city. When I went downstairs, the staff showed a bad attitude and did not assist me. The next morning, I tried to get coffee, but the machine was empty, and the waitress completely ignored me when I asked for help. In addition, I had a broken shoulder and asked for assistance with my luggage, but the front desk said there was no one available to help. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, especially for $200 per night. I will not be returning to this hotel

They had no place for us to park because they had an event at the hotel. We left for a couple hours and when we got back we had no place to park. We had to park on the street it was a nightmare. I will never book there again. The should have saved spots for the paying guests. It's just inhospitable! You should warn your customers. I was very unhappy and the manager was not very helpful at all. They shouldn't be able to do that with them wanting to charge $27 to park,
