The exterior and lobby were nicely maintained but as soon as you get off of the elevator the smell is very stale. Walking into our room the smell was even worse. The refrigerator was barely cold, bathroom didn’t look as clean as it should. Our AC was set to 68 but still very warm in the room, I’m convinced the facility had ac issues. The front desk personnel seemed flustered and understaffed. We were unable to leave the premises because our key card wouldn’t work to let us out. I dealt with this both days that we stayed. I had to reverse with other cars behind me to request from front desk to let us out. That was very inconvenient. None of the vending machines worked, the one on our floor as well as the one in the lobby. I’m quite disappointed with our stay, wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

A nice room and place. Our room didn't really have a view like we were expecting. The breakfast was definitely lacking - there wasn't enough room or staff and the staff couldn't keep up with replenishing food and drink on the buffet.

I liked the gym and pool area and the lounge area. They say they have starbucks in the lobby, buts it just regular coffee. The food isn’t the best in the restaurant inside the hotel. The TV did not have many options on it. Overall, the hotel is an okay place to stay. Not the best hotel i’ve been to but also not the worst.

This hotel made about 10 people wait for one and half hours. Several people who were waiting in the airport called multiple times. Each time they were told the shuttle would show up in 10-15 minutes. Once we all got there, the manager did not apologize or try to be comforting. She just acted like it was all right. The hotel is old and the halls and rooms smell like mildew. Try to find a better place.

Waited for the shuttle for an hour.

We waited more than an hour for the shuttle from Newark on a Sunday evening. Some people had been waiting longer. We called the hotel several times and each time they said it would be 10 minutes. One person (who turned out to be the manager on duty) actually hung up on my wife. When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver told everyone that we shouldn’t be making such a big deal! He told us that he had to prioritize picking up crew and yhay we should complain to the hotel so that they’d add another shuttle! We finally got to our room at 12.30am having landed at 10.00! Beware!!
