found it difficult to regulate the temperature without getting drafts of cold air from the air conditioning. (I do not like air conditioning) On asking I did get a second duvet to have a warm bed but cool room. Toilet cistern kept running and not filling which I couldn't rectify on the last morning. The carpet had a sticky mark outside the bathroom. Staff very helpful and food was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Gym was adequate and the pool was nice, although a little cold. There were events going on both days when we stayed there which made it a bit hectic when checking in. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Overall, a good place to stay, but it gets very crowded and noisy in communal spaces downstairs.
