Hi, We loved the place. The owner is friendly and welcoming.The breakfast is amazing and people who served the breakfast were super sweet. I had come here with my family. The rooms are clean and comfy and also very near to the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you

Nice hotel, recently renovated. The room was large and clean with a very good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Hot English breakfast or waffle, plus good choice of toast, yogurt, milk and cereals.

We stayed here for 1 night on a quick trip down to Cornwall. Margaret and Owen were great hosts and very attentive. Location was great, right in the centre of Newquay with lovely views of the beach. The only downside is the lack of parking at the property and being unable to get a space outside on the road, meaning we had to park in a car park. This was only a few minutes walk away but was only free between 00:00-9:00 unlike other reviews we previously had seen saying it was free from 4pm/6pm - 9:00am

The Minerva is a delightful B&B with a very personable staff and a great location. Their breakfast is very good and features pastries from local bakers. A large variety of resturants, pubs, and shopping are within easy walking distance as is one of the beaches. I heghly recommend this for a nice comfortable stay.

My partner and I booked oyo Minerva guest house on the fantastic reviews and we weren't disappointed. From the start everyone were very inviting and helpful. We had a room with a lovely view of the sea and breakfast was just right. Location is brilliant too as you have the beach on your doorstep and the town just up the rd. we would definitely return to this guesthouse. Thank you for a lovely stay.
