This was a very nice small 'hotel', which actually consited of 7 rooms on one floor with a small reception area.
Our room (5) was very good - nice firm mattress, plenty of space, fridge and safe, small ensuite shower room. Lovely small balcony (overlooking the pedestrian street) with small table and 2 chairs.
On the edge of the old town, very convenient.
The lady in charge ?owner was very helpful.
We'd stay there again, but there are certain caveats which mean it might not suit everyone.
1. We arrived by car, but couldn't stop outside to unload, had to go to Etoile carpark a few hundred yards away, and take cases form there. The lady did say something about a carpark, but don't think there was one for this hotel.
2. Its on the 3rd floor, up 4 flights of stairs, with no lift. You need to be fit, or have a small amount of luggage only!
3. There was no-one there when we arrived (5 pm), but were lucky in that another guest arrived with a code for the door lock. We should have rung ahead, I'm sure we would have been given the code, but we were flummoxed for a while!
It wouldn't have suited my elderly parents (who wouldn't have made it up the stairs), but if you're a bit younger and fitter it's fine.
