Good value for money.
This is a guesthouse not a hotel. My first instinct was to cancel my booking due to the initial shabby appearance, however after meeting the friendly, helpful owner I decided to persist. Whilst rooms are clean they could do with a make over, the bed is excellent and very comfy. Breakfast is basically whatever you ask for, the owner shops daily and will keep feeding you till you are full ! ! The bus stops right outside, so getting around is easy, likewise the main station is 20 minutes walk. Having stayed there for 6 nights I left with a good feeling and will definitely return to this establishment on my next trip to Nice. PS The owner also speaks good English and is knowledgeable on most aspects of Nice, this was a great help.

I stayed in the first room on the left, as you got up the stairs. I wasn't expecting much for 30EURO a night, but I can honestly say, that the 60EURO spend for two nights is the best 60EURO I've ever spent. The lady in charge was especially friendly and the room was very comfortable and large. The only minor quibble was there was no TV, but French TV is usuallu naff anyway so I didn't really care. All in all a great stay.

A lovely stay
Came to Nice for a nice holiday and to complete a half marathon. It was a great place to stay and was in a lovely residential part of Nice. The hotel is next to bus links and is approx a 2 mile walk to the beach - in one straight line down Boulevard Gambetta. It is also close to the train station (approx 1 mile) for tickets to Monaco and Ventimilliga. To get here from the airport i would advise you take the 99 bus to the Train Station and walk from there - back towards the main road and make a right and it will not be far from there. The host Anni is such a lovely french lady who has a cute dog, she is happy to give you lots of information about the area and things to do and see. The room i had was basic but it was clean and tidy and for the price i couldn't ask for anymore. I completely disagree with the silly reviews on here and you should go with an open mind. Anni even helped me with my french, so if you need to brush up then this is the perfect place for it.

Cosy little Bed &Breakfast
This is a nice bed and breakfast and Ms Anne the host went above and beyond. The breakfast was very good and wholesome with eggs made to order and served in a really cute garden under a lemon tree! The bus stop is few steps away with very frequent buses. The beach is a short bus ride away, and we got the 5€ full day bus pass which worked very well to get to the beach and into town every evening. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants and bars around. We enjoyed our stay in what was a typical home in Nice.

You get what you pay for
The receptionist was friendly and spoke English, It's not a great place but yu are not paying a great price either. Towel but no soap, Water boiler and a sachet of coffee. Small room but OK for a night. My internet did not work.

Poor maintenance
The owner of the Villa is very nice, but that does not compensate for the deplorable condition of the property! The "grounds" are cement with dying plants and fractured outdoor furniture. It is disreputable.

I found this was very good value. IT s a B and B rather than hotel and has a fairly informal atmosphere. THe rooms are clean and comfortable and there are ensuite showers which are in good condition. Internet access is also available Breakfast was plentiful and good quality . I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a little distance inland but he main train station, city centre, Vieille Vile and beaches are acessible with a simple tram or bus ride. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Nice and visit the Riviera on a budget .

Disgusting and a complete shambles - junk everywhere!
All locked up upon arrival, no bell. We phoned, no answer, luckily she eventually heard us yelling. The complex (2 buildings linked by a garden path) was a complete dirty shambles, our room was dirty too, and the shower in the corner was the worst pumbing job ever seen, and I cut my foot on wire trying to mop up the water. The kitchen (shared with owner) was disgusting, which we tried to ignore at breakfast - which was good I have to say. However the owner was very very pleasant, and speaks amazing English, very helpful and even offered us fruit when we left. GArden is just a mass of weeds with the only flat areas covered with fake grass. A dog very close by barked all night, a total disappointment. Sounds like we're really fussy but we're not!

駅から15分くらい歩くきます。かつ入口がかなりわかりにくいです。建物前にある英語か仏語の案内を読めないと、更に辿り着き難いです。次に門の開け方も何ら指示がないので、これまた苦労します。次に入れても、どこが受付なのかまずわかりません。事前か到着直後に電話するのが最短距離かと思います。自分は門の前で宿泊している方の手助けをたまたま受けられたので、それは良かったのですが、それでも15分くらい門の前で待ってました。到着が薄暮の時間帯だったので、相当に焦りました！ チェックイン後は暖房器具がなかったので、その旨伝えたところ無事にかりられたのですが、なかったら夜は結構厳しかったかも。 その試練を乗り越えられれば、経営者の方はとても親切で協力的、朝食は家庭的で美味、部屋は静か、と快適に過ごせるかと思います。周辺は観光地らしい華やかさがあり、飲食店もたくさんあります。

De passage à Nice cet hôtel correspondait à mes besoins rapport qualité/prix rien à dire. J'ai aimé le charme de cet hôtel. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil disponible, m'a bien renseigné sur les moyens de transport et les curiosités de la ville de Nice.

La propriétaire est très sympa et conseille bien Malgré tout l'état de notre chambre était trop vieux voire dangereux. Le confort était moins que basique... Bien situé cependant

Une chambre si vous n'êtes (vraiment) pas exigent!
Nous avons retenu pour une nuit. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire, mais nous avions retenu une chambre d'hôtel, et ce qui nous a été proposé s'apparente plus à une chambre d'étudiant ! Donc, pas de service, pas de parking (places très difficiles à trouver aux abords), sur un boulevard bruyant, et ensemble plutôt très vétuste. Certes, le prix est attractif, mais je regrette ce manque d'informations. Vous êtes prévenus !

impeccable, confortable.
La chambre est grande et donc bien pratique pour les bagages. Un frigo qui permet de maintenir la glace pour la glacière qui nous accompagne la journée dans nos excursions et un emplacement de stationnement juste devant. Tout ça pour un prix accessible.

Hotelteam und Service Spitze!
Bei Annie fühlt man sich wie zu Hause! Sie kümmert sich mit Mühe für den Frühstück; sie bietet gleich einen Glas Wein oder Saft, wenn man ankommt; sie erklärt im Detail alles was man in Nizza und Umgebung besichtigen kann und leiht sogar ihre Bücher aus, wenn man sie gerne lesen will. Bei ihr war es wirklich einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.
