We reserved a room with two twin beds, they provided us two single beds. I called the customer service and they apologized and verified the bed is single, then transferred me to the relocating team, I was on hold for one hour, then another person called me and she said the reception verified that the rooms are two twin bed, while they had verified twice they do not have twin beds at all. All of their rooms are single beds. That was my worst experience ever, they ruined my vacation, I wasted three hours of my daytime in Amsterdam discussing the issue with customer service and paid the charge for international call from Netherlands and at the end I was so pissed off that I could not enjoy there anymore. I will never book anything from Expedia anymore. They do not care about their customers.
