The property’s decor was very dated, there were stains on the carpet, there was mould on the bathroom shower tiles, my towel was dirty and there were stains on the bed sheets. I would highly not recommend this property. I made a joke with another guest saying this hotel makes the best western good and his remark was no it makes them look brilliant . So I guess this review is justified !! Way way over priced for sub standard rooms

Suer comfortable and great location!
Great! Excellent location across from Flagstaff Gardens and easy walk to major attractions and shopping, so much to see nearby. Lots of options for dining in a few blocks as well. The best choice for us!

Our original room was not clean and smelt musty and not clean. When this was raised with the hotel staff they acted quickly and had us moved to a nicer room and offered us a free bottle of wine. The hotel is in need of an upgrade it is generally quite tired and dated. The staff were quite friendly and the parking is almost a half a block away.
