Was here for a wedding and majority of my family stayed at this hotel… We had an amazing experience during our stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt at ease. We even received welcome goody bags! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked coffee station. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything clean and tidy. The hotel amenities were also great — I especially enjoyed the [pool/gym/breakfast/lounge—choose what applies]. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. (I don’t eat pork so I appreciate that they had turkey options) The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, late night eats, etc. which made exploring the area super convenient. Also HUGE shoutout to the front desk receptionist Matt (I think that’s his name) he was so helpful and accommodating for my whole family. It made our stay so much easier. We really appreciate him! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Sky lights in room were letting in too much light, it was very difficult to sleep. We had to cut our trip short one night due to sleeping issues. Hotel was hosting children’s birthday parties the weekend we were there. Kids running, playing on the elevator, juice was spilled on the elevator and not mopped up. Parking was littered with bottles. I was disappointed. I was excited to stay at an Embassy but not sure if I will try it again.

We picked the wrong weekend to getaway, it was so many kids there for hockey games and had a convention for the blind. Which was great!!! But having kids on the same day with the blind wasn’t a good idea, but our room I really liked

Staff was good, room was clean, breakfast was good. Hotel is definitely in need of some updates. Humidifiers as soon as you walked in and in every floor was a bit of a turn off. Amount we paid was not worth it, but overall a good stay. Would probably stay again but not paying the price we did.
