All the amenities and the separate sleeping space (when you have teens) is what I come here for. In room dining is a must after a long trip. Love it!

Room was dirty, hallways were loud at night time no order in this hotel and to top it off our hotel smelled like weed. We had our kids with us a 4 year old and 6 year old we requested to switch rooms and they stated there were no available rooms left. They offered to bring in a machine to filter the air out and it was never brought up. Horrible stay would not recommend.

Happy hour - 2 free drinks per person. Free breakfast with omelet station. Rooms are outdated and need an upgrade but overall the stay was not bad. Pillows on the bed were awful.

Was in town for a Butler College graduation. The suite was perfect for our 4 person family with little ones. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks, snacks and amenities. The property seemed to be super clean and the architecture was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was that the elevator was super slow but honestly nothing is wrong with the steps lol. Breakfast was also incredible. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Bad from the start. The first night we arrived at the hotel the air was not working it was a hot Spring evening when we arrived at our hotel immediately tried to call the front desk when we discovered the phone was not working either so we used our cell phone. We were told that they would send maintenance to our room first thing in the morning we were all up since we did not get much sleep to do the heat the guy did not get there until after 9:00! turned out the heat was still on so he climbed into the ceiling and but he got the air flowing so at least we could get a good night rest we thought. The mattress was very worn down and should be replaced. Things only got worst as the stay went on. The first day we had enough towels but each day after we had to call the front desk for more towels the housekeeper did take the dirty ones but did not replace us with enough of clean towels we had to stick our heads out the door and go up to the housekeeper and ask for my towels and the night before our last stay my husband had to go down to the front desk to get more towels due to the fact that morning we left early for our outing and missed the housekeeper and did not have a chance to ask the for more towels. We had to ask more more facial tissue and I set the empty box on the sink as a reminder we needed more. We have stayed at that hotel before but when we checked in we could tell things has changed. We will not stay again.
