The hotel is so outdated. Doors deteriorating, pillows like folded napkins. The pool had a constant noise so loud even my drummer husband thought he was gonna lose his mind. Screaming to the person next to you. But what was truly unbearable was the heat. We went with several families and all contemplated packing due to how hot it was in there, but didn’t want to upset kids. Slept with the outside door wide open in February. 2/4 elevators not working. We travel a lot and can’t believe Hilton runs this place. Only got two stars because employees were very nice and breakfast was good.

We love this hotel and the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the hotel is showing some wear and tear. Also, with eight levels and only 3 working elevators, it was a long wait to get up and down.

The Rooms were okay. The hotel was extremely busy. Understandably so, it was Valentine’s Day. My issues were the elevators, the complimentary drink line, and the leaky ac vent. You also can’t control your heat.

The rooms were great and staff was very nice. We booked the Embassy because its usually very quiet and peaceful with no riffraff. Well that was not the case for our stay this weekend. The pool had about 30 kids in there with only 3 adults supervising, my kids couldn't even get in saturday night due to it. Kids running around each floor hitting the elevator button so it stopped at each floor. Which is another huge let down, one elevator was being worked on and another quit working, leaving only 2 in use, making wait times up and down from the 7th floor, very long. For the price we pay to stay at a nice hotel like this, we were very disappointed.

The room clearly wasn’t cleaned as well as I would have preferred. There was someone else’s sock in the bathroom under the sink. The shower had hair in it and brown spots on the walls. The furniture was broken, the curtain rods were broken. There was clear water damage that was covered up. Based on the pictures I thought the hotel was much nicer, especially for a Hilton… but it wasn’t

Room did have shower curtain, which was eventually fixed. But the second night was horrible. The hotel smelled like pot, and the room next door was extremely loud, yelling, pounding on our door until 4:30 am! I could not get through to the front desk because the line was busy. Probably because it was going on all over the hotel from what I understand. We were there for a dance competition and my daughter was competing all weekend. We were not the only dance family there either. I won't be staying here again unless it changes. I can excuse the shower curtain but the other problems should never have happened!! And the fact that you can't reach anyone To fix it , is never good.
