The staff went above and beyond to take care of all travelers. The pool is huge, plenty of seating, great location with a short walk to beach or restaurants. Shout out to Ronald, Santos and Peter for their help with luggage and taxis!

This a good hotel for the money. But note, you are not on the beach and the beach the Radison uses is not nice to say the least. It is located where all these fishing boats dock. It smells, the water is not clean, nor clear and they provide about 30 beach chairs for a hotel with 600 guests. Otherwise you have to pay $55 to rent chairs and an umbrella. Would not go back based on the Radisson beach. Eagle Beach is 10 times nicer and water is clear. Also the pools are nice but again about 50 chairs for a hotel of 600 people. Good luck finding a lounge at any pool. Also they are terrible with the towels for the bathroom and the pool. Give you two. You never have enough towels.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will recommend to all of my friends who travel to Aruba. The look and feel of the hotel is perfect! It is within close proximity to everything you need. The beach is a five minute walk and a short two minute walk to Palm Beach shopping area.

Leyonerdho who check us in,was very helpful and always smiling.And gave us a wine for welcome treat.Peter one of the worker there too,was always on the go and ready to help everybody.Santos also was excellent on his job.All in all the workers there were very accommodating.1 star for the food it’s not that great!The rooms I can’t complain it’s very modern and the best room we ever got.Everything I saw in the picture is what in the actual.Best view too.I highly recommend to everyone.If will be back to Aruba,will definitely staying here again!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Food and drink options were fine. Pricing was consistent with the area. I found the quality of the food to be above average. Location to dining and shopping was perfect. Even with the hotel at 90% capacity, it felt empty. We will stay here again and recommend this resort to all of our friends.

Very nice hotel, clean, super soft beds & pillows. The hotel is near everything, food, entertainment, shopping etc. Great choice in booking. The amenities were great too, pools, Infinity Roof Top Poolas well. Friendly staff and more!
