The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great. The landscaping was beautiful. Loved the infinity pool. the sunrise restaurant was not good and it was overpriced. the clover was good but also overpriced. The street to the beach needs improved.

This was our second trip to Aruba and our second trip to the Radisson Blu! We love staying there and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The front desk staff is always friendly, accosting and greets you with a smile. The resort is kept amazingly clean and well kept. The pools are beautiful but the hot tub was the favorite. Just the right temperature. We also had massages at the spa that were the best ever. We will be back!

We really like the location and overall hotel itself. Cleaning staff was excellent! What we found was the front desk staff was not very nice or helpful when we had questions regarding our accommodations. One specific issue was when we asked about changing our room with an upgrade...we were given two different prices and answers by two different staff members. It felt like they were just making up prices. This was our second time staying here Probably won't stay there again.
