10/10. Our stay was amazing. Everything was walking distance. The beach was a 5-8 min walk yet there was shuttle service to and from the beach in case the sun was too much. A selection of food options was also a few feet away which was nice. The hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It was just perfect. Anything we needed everyone was so helpful and polite. My one wish was the pool water to be a little warmer. Weather was in the low 80’s so not too hot but beautiful weather. The water in the pool was freezing. Was a little hard to get used to. But we stayed in the jacuzzi so that made up for it. Over all great stay.

It was our second time staying at Radisson Blu. It’s a very nice hotel with very big rooms and very clean. The cleaning lady, Sonia, did a great job. The pools at the hotel are very nice and clean. The beach is nice but you have to walk about 6 minutes or wait for beach shuttle. The service for the beach shuttle was not great this time. Stayed for 7 nights and only took the shuttle twice. I would wait for it and no one would be around. I don’t mind waiting but it’s nice to have the service that you say you have it. Also beach chairs were sa big problem on this visit. If you didn’t wake up early, 7 am the latest by 7.30 am, you ended up with no beach chairs. Of course one can rent them but why spend so much on vacation that you assume it’s included in the hotel fee. People would go early, occupy the chairs and not show up until 1 pm. It’s best to book a more expensive hotel and have as many chairs as you want available whenever you decide to go to the beach. After all this is a vacation that you want to enjoy and not stress over beach chairs.

This hotel is in a great location but beach is small and its hard to get a chair unless you go out really early to reserve one. Pools are both great. Cafes offer good food. Rooms are huge with lots of natural light but they do lack decor. They could use some art on the walls.

Staff was extremely courteous except for one of the beach attendants. Not sure of his name but limited us to 1 hour or lose the chairs we were there to enjoy. Meet friends at the Hyatt, must be back in an hour, go for a walk, set a timer for an hour, breakfast, hope the place isn't too busy, we only have an hour to be away. It was ridiculous. Add a fee, let us pay and enjoy the little time we have away from our daily jobs. Also, wifi would not connect throughout the week.

Excellent staff and helpful. Dana was very nice. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. There was a single straycat there almost every night, we got to interact with him. Housekeeping was always available and we loved the way it was set up with the digital service or do not disturb. Alot to see and do within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, casinos, excursions. $15 taxi to grocery store and $35 from airport. Don't worry about sleeping in and missing things, shopping and most things stay open late.

Loved the spaciousness of the unit but needed more living room furniture only one small couch was in massive living room, no hangers in massive primary closet and definitely could use laundry in units or at least on property, we sent laundry out but one small bag was over $100 for 4 items!!!! Upstairs rooftop infinity pool was lovely and relaxing but service at the restaurant was extremely slow and ran out of many items on the menu everyday so we went elsewhere for meals!!
