Quiet during this stay, so relaxing. We were offered an upgrade to a one bedroom suite for $40 extra a night. We took it and we’re pleased it was an end unit so nice nature views. The restaurant food was remarkably different this stay, lacking in good taste. The only other compliant was the shower curtain in bathroom was dirty and needed to be changed. Otherwise- relaxing stay.
We have stayed here several times in the past and this was by far the worst experience. The staff was great although we had minimal interaction. The hotel needs serious upgrades. The hot tub and pool area was in need of some serious cleaning there was green mildew inside the hot tubs and it had a strong odor that lead me to believe it had not been cleaned in sometime. Children running in the hall ways and up and downstairs till almost 10 pm . They have upgraded the cafe but the menu was not as good as in the past .we did not visit the onsite dining. Not sure I will stay here again unfortunately.
The location and surroundings are beautiful! I loved our murphy bed with kitchenette room. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! For the price, this was a great hotel in the off season.
Great location in the Mt Washington area. Stayed during May 2024 and again Sept 2024. The second trip was not as enjoyable as the first due to no breakfast services available on site due to renovations. Lots of spiders on the small room deck, but thankfully the maintenance person did a good job to eradicate. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice!

Had a terrible stay here - so disappointed. Suite was such a let down with a balcony to look at the autumn trees having an apex roof immediately in front of the view so completely obscured- paid for a view.
When asked for room change clearly told that third party clients get this room - it’s how it is! Even thought you’ve paid for a room with the view.
Pub meal was poor for the price -
Room was large and well equipped but just wanted a coffee on the deck looking at the view - fall leaves and didn’t get what I paid for.
At check out Reception once again said it’s how it is - so Expedia customers take your cash elsewhere - we are not valued at this hotel.
Stay elsewhere - I will next time - such a shame.
Pretty dated rooms huge hotel im sure is busy during ski season. But checking out towards the end of October and the service desk told me there was just me and another guest there is crazy.
The room is spacious and clean. We ate at the Tap Room. The menu is limited, thought. The fish and chips and French onion soup I had were great. The setting is beautiful.
Very good value for the money. Clean rooms and very welcoming. Scenic and quiet location. I could see why skiers like this place. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was a breeze.
We had a room with a great balcony view. Room was clean and spacious. Liked the hot tub and outdoor pool area which had a covered/heated pool entrance room which would be great in the winter

Strange room layout
Our room layout was quite strange and it was very odd to find that our bed was a murphy bed despite that not being in the pictures of the room.
The man on the front desk said I could not have an hour's late check out because they were fully booked which at the time, I accepted. However when I was in the lobby later that evening I overheard it being offered to someone else who was checking in for a price I would have paid. I then went online to find that the hotel was not fully booked after all and there were at least 5 of my room types available the next evening. I just don't really understand why he took it upon himself to lie. Very strange.

Property and lobby were upscale, but room was not. Room lacked modern conveniences common in chain lodging brands.
We had housekeeping walk in on us several times without knocking or announcing themselves. Just badged in and opened the door. Extremely unprofessional.
