The unit has two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony and enough room for nine guests. The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom and main living room and has bright colored chairs for you to sit down and watch the waves. Theres a sleeper sofa in the living room and beautiful starfish pillows and accent chair that add a beachy touch. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, there is a room with a single and one room with a double and single. Waterpointe in Windy Hill Beach is a wonderfully relaxing spot for your North Myrtle Beach vacation. The oceanfront pool is a popular place to relax during those beautifully sunny South Carolina summer days, but if the sun gets a bit too hot you can always find comfort by taking a dip in the indoor pool or Jacuzzi. Waterpointe convenient location in Windy Hill Beach makes it easy to access restaurants, shops, and attractions off the property just a few blocks away at Barefoot Landing.

From check in to checkout I had a great experience. Condo World was easily available with any questions or concerns I had. The location is spectacular, a very quiet part of oceanfront property perfect for families with kids young or older not wanting a busy beach. My family and I will be returning as we are already preparing to book Waterpointe II again for next year!

Nice Condo right on the beach

When we first arrived, we noticed the room was slightly dirty. The comforters on the bed were dirty and we wiped down the kitchen counters. The area under the bed was also very dirty I assumed the cleaning staff was rushed due to the national staffing shortage and dealt with it. The actual room itself was very nice. The owners letter said that they had recently bought the unit and I could tell that alot of the firnishings were new. I would suggest investing in some nicer mattresses in the future. The location of the condo was spectacular. Located within 4-5 minutes of Barefoot Landing. It was also surrounded by smaller private houses which allowed the beach to be much less crowded than in either direction beside us. This was fantastic for smaller children. Overall, I enjoyed this condo and would consider again in the future.
