My brother and I stayed here in room 273 on the second floor. Immediately the room didn't set off any red flags. Then we started living in it for the night. The bathroom doorknob was falling off so I had to get tools from my truck to tighten the screws so neither of us got stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Then I turned on the heater and the smell that came from that unit was like someone let their cat pee on their clothes for a week and set them on fire afterwards. I turned off the heater and had to live with that horrible smell and freeze all night. The room itself wasn't properly cleaned either. Looks like they just replaced all the disposable things and made the beds. The sheets don't look dirty as far as I could tell. When I booked a Ramada I was expecting a lot better than this. If I had another option I would've canceled and gone there instead if I knew it was going to be like this. Not to mention the EV chargers I would have to make an account and pay for unlike other hotels that offer them with the room. WANT A REFUND!

Last chance for this hotel!!!
I made sure hotel was aware of my husband's needs with his traumatic brain injury. Don't know why I wanted my time, as hotel was not able to accommodate one issue that I requested!!!!! Then when we settled in to the suite, the TV's DID NOT WORK!!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL FOR US! Front desk/maintenance could not help work anything! Told us to turn off and if the again. This stay was the 2nd chance. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. REQUESTING REFUND!!!

Our stay was adequate. The toilet seat in our bathroom fell off the toilet the first time one of my kids went to lift the lid. It was not at all attached and we only stayed one night so we didn’t really have time to deal with it with management.

Going down Hill Quickly
We always stayed here wherever we visited North Platt. But never again. We were put in a room where the pool was visible out the window. The hallway leading to our room was trashy. The toilet had a brown ring in it and brown on the bottom where it has not been cleaned. The back of the sink had not been cleaned either. Now onto breakfast. This place always had a good hot meal. Today, we got there at 6:40am. Breakfast started at 6am. The eggs, sausage and hash browns were luke warm at best. The orange and apple juice machine did not work. The decaf coffee was a very light I think brown and the milk was half frozen. Asked the front desk for 2 makeup wipes for my wife and he said that he didn't have any. And lastly, while construction is going on the other side from where our room was, I noticed 3 Ocha violations.This place has went down hill since we started staying there 6 years ago. Big Time. "ALF"

Lobby fools you when you go in.
This was one of those bad memory stays. We stopped on our way to another destination so it was only over night. Check in was fine. When we finally got to our room. ( FINDING IT) we had gone through a door and short hall then back outside a door to a wannabe courtyard back into an outside door entrance. We came into room and curtain didn't completely cover window. I saw the hairdryer was broken so i called to tell them since our card was held for damage or whatever.. then i went to take a shower and we had no hot water what so ever in sink or shower. We call office thinking maybe they will send someone or move us to another room. The lady said im sorry, but there is nothing i can do. I have no maintenance here till tomorrow and never even offered us another room or any kind of compensation! The whole point in gettin a room is to clean up and sleep and neither of these worked for us. Very disappointed in this place and the way its run.

I understand contruction. Definitely needs it. No elevator for people in 70's. Can be dangerous.Bed was comfortable. Could be cleaner. Coffee stains around coffee maker and dirty night stand. I wouldn't recommend. Maybe stay after construction and see what it is like. Pool and spa closed. Dusty in lobby. I would shut it down till finished remodeling.

Spacious, friendly staff. It was different in that you would need a room key to leave the hotel? We were going to leave our key cards in the room, but then we had to return and get them to unlock the door to the hotel and the outside. Not bad, just different.

The hotel was not maintained very well. Outside, there was debris and broken glass in the parking lot and weeds all around the building. The inside needs to be updated and carpeting needs to be replaced. Windows were dirty. Breakfast was pretty good.
