Hotel offers airport shuttle - wish I'd known that before spending a lot on a taxi to check in Property very isolated, nothing around unless you have a car I sent a question thru Expedia messaging and no one responded (after 3 days) - had to search on their website for their address and phone number Website needs more information Restaurant expensive Staff very friendly and attentive at front desk and restaurant/bar Room was very dark

the staff was welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed for just one night before flying out, and will do so again when we return for homeward fight. And shuttle to the airport.

Why can’t 10 stars be an option? The staff of the Dakota deserve more than 5 stars. Upon check in they allowed us to use the front desk phone to call the airlines that canceled our return flights. They also arranged for us to eat dinner without a reservation and arranged for a complimentary appetizer with our meal. I am gluten free, and the waitress and host were beyond attentive towards my food sensitivities, it was very appreciated. The room was large, clean, and had the most amazing shower. The only small inconveniences of our stay were the wifi kept dropping us unless we stood in the bathroom and the airport shuttle only runs Monday-Friday which is the main reason we booked this hotel (but our flight was on Sunday).

Lovely staff Awesome shower Comfy bed Very clean We were a wee bit warm and weren’t sure how to turn down the heat, so it was nice being able to open the window. Plus I love Nespresso! Ate at an amazing Indian restaurant - excellent food and service. Wish we had more time to explore the sweet town👍👍👍

The property was lovely and the dining was good. Our issue was the heat in the room - the air could not be turned on so it was incredibly hot. The staff did not offer to let us change rooms. The front desk eventually gave us a fan but the night was miserable.
