Room and location excellent. On site food options really quite poor with a truly bizarre ordering and delivery system. Fortunately there are other outlets not far away, so eat off site.
Location was excellent, inside the park and close to everything. It’s an older property but in pretty good condition. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but service was excellent. The restaurant is not great but the gift shop and marketplace are.

rooms were detached from check in and no wifi in the rooms
Checkin was not smooth as Staff contradicted each other regarding rooms. One of our two allocated had to be changed because it smelled very badly, it was unclean , the shower head was broken and tv and coffee machine did not work. The dining facilities were extremely overcrowded. Staff seems disinterested.
Ideally located close to everything. The onsite restaurant is just ok. There are better options in the Village. Our room was cozy, the staff are friendly and very helpful.
