The place is exactly as pictured. Parking is near by and discounted. The rooms are fairly small but what’s expected from NY. There’s so much to do in the actual hotel and it’s aesthetically pleasing I’ll be coming back

The tiny room was perfectly designed. I found everything I needed easily (often not possible in newly desiged properties ). And the rooftop was gorgeous, breakfast was terrific

Loud and overpriced
The noise at this property was louder than staying at a property in Times Square and double the price for the same size space once you add in fees. Unless you are going to the nightclub upstairs, I recommend staying some place else if you want to sleep. While the ambiance and design looked great, small details in cleanliness for higher priced rooms was not apparent.
