I William D. Cook was a guest on 9/21/2024 at Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham. We were unfairly charged a Parking Fee Penalty of $102.00 USD imposed upon us VIA Hertz Rental Car from the Holiday Inn Derby-Nottingham. We also recharged our Electric Car over night while sleeping.

Adequate for an overnight stay Avoid restaurant.
Restaurant food was very disappointing and not worth the money at all. Room was rather cold with an air conditioning system that was too noisy to leave running. Breakfast was good Convenient location Would not stay again

Breakfast was awful, they ran out of bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms and beans also mugs. We were in a hurry so couldn’t wait for everything. Then in the car a lady came asking for payment of a dinner that we didn’t have. Obviously someone charged their meal to our room.
