Location is good, walking distance to supermarket, a large market & other stores opposite. Our room was spacious and had sufficient appliances etc

We just needed a place overnight, it was clean and tidy. In the morning there was a coffee shop around the corner and harris farm ( food shop) across the road. Easy to get back on the highway for the drive to Melbourne.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was comfortable, beds were good, bathroom good, with spa bath, but definitely need to clean exhaust fans over spa/ shower, as dirt and build up kept falling in tub. Also, shower was over spa so you had to climb into spa to have shower, no good for anyone suffering with limited movement etc, but overall was ok for the week we stayed.

The room had a stale smell of tobacco smoke, possible from the old carpet. The traffic from the outside road was very disruptive for sleeping purposes.

Old milk in the fridge, rubbish bin was not emptied from last guest and a lot of hair in the shower. Needed a good clean that’s for sure. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. I would rate this place higher, but when the rooms are not properly clean this is where I would rate a 1-2 star. Shame as this is a nice motel.
