The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. The location is walkable to the old city and the train station. The room was very hot and we were unable to turn off the heat.

When I arrived at the hotel my reservation was not there and the person at the reception did not speak English or Spanish and did not understand anything I told him unfortunately I lost my money and it was a super bad experience
