This is our 3rd stay at Conrad Bali, and it has become our go-to hotel, we don't even consider alternatives. The facilities are fantastic, the pool is amazing, the location is great, but most impressive are the staff. The staff here are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at, so attentive, always smiling and friendly, happy to have a chat, and nothing is ever out of their way. Going the extra mile seems part of their DNA. I will be back again at the end of 2025 and cant wait to see all my friends here at Conrad Bali.

Conrad hotel’s lobby is very beautiful, the room is quite clean and quiet, the quilt cover and bedsheet are very comfortable. I also love the interior of room and elegant curtain. The beach is near the hotel, just one minute walk. The beach is beautiful, and very clean, water is quite clear. Local buffet and Japanese buffet are very delicious, many foods can choose. All staffs are friendly, we really enjoyed staying at Conrad hotel, and definitely come back.

It always is a pleasure to stay at the Conrad Bali where wonderful people and service awaits us. Nothing really to fault and everybody much such as great effort, especially with us a repeat visitors. Keep up the amazing work and spirit. PS, being able to get a good Italian Espresso would make the stay perfect. The current machines are not up to the task.

From the moment I arrived at the Conrad Hotel Bali, I was treated to an unforgettable experience. The stunning property, nestled by the beautiful Nusa Dua beach, offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Special mention to the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us with restaurant reservations and tour suggestions. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and lush gardens. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – perfect for a restful night after a day of exploring Bali. The resort offers a variety of dining options, each providing a unique culinary experience. We especially loved the beachfront dining at Suku, where we enjoyed delicious meals while watching the sunset. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with an extensive selection of fresh, flavorful dishes. The pools and spa are nothing short of amazing. We spent hours enjoying the serene atmosphere, and the spa treatments were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The resort also offers various activities, which made it easy to stay entertained without leaving the property. Overall, Conrad Hotel Bali exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff are super polite, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are generously sized and very clean, and the pools are quite large with crystal-clear water. The whole resort area is beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Drinking water is provided daily, and breakfast is superb, with a huge selection of food, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The RIN restaurant is excellent, offering delicious food. Suku offers Indonesian cuisine but also provides some Western food options - ok option for lunch or dinner but more on the pricey side. There are many other great restaurants located just 10-15 minutes from the resort. The Kids Club is enjoyable although adding a kids' pool play area with a waterslide and other entertainment features would further enhance the experience for families. We had an evening return flight and the reception team kindly accommodated our request for a late check-out at 2 pm. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for a relaxing vacation, and I am definitely coming back to Conrad Bali!

We stayed here for 11 nights and overall, enjoyed our stay. The suites were in need of an update but they were large and it was lovely to have a separate breakfast area (although it had less options than the main one) and pool for this block. The main pools in the hotel were also great and the fake beaches were a hit with our children. There were plenty of activities at the kids club. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite, and the transport desk was helpful in organising any day trips which we wanted to do. We did however find that the hotel restaurants were not as good as other local restaurants. Dishes were often lacking in the flavour which we expected. We also paid for a "fire dance" buffet which promised 45 minutes of entertainment and plenty of vegetarian options. It was unfortunately underwhelming and there were only four vegetarian options out of countless meat dishes.

Fantastic!
Incredible hotel, facilities, room and staff. Stayed in Bali double figures now and this was the best hotel. A little pricey for food and cocktails but that's to be expected. Amazing stay.
